We work closely with industry partners to stay up to date on what the industry needs are, ensuring that you can stand out from the crowd. Group coaching and one-on-ones are the backbone of this year too. Topics that will be addressed are:
-
Strengths

Confidence acceleration
-
Theoretical underpinning for teamwork

Soft skills development
-
Feedback in a work environment
In Year 3 you are further supported with Professional Practice, taking their learnings from their internship experience and applying them to be graduation- and work-ready. You will participate in live industry projects, meet industry professionals and receive personal coaching support alongside your academic studies.
The personal development programme supports you individually for your wants and needs helping you identify who you are, where your passions lie, what motivates you and how to achieve what you want. Through the PDP you are able to gain clarity around your future and to harness your potential, setting you up for success.
