Room Procedure and Floor plan
Every room within the building has the capacity to host varying numbers of students and is designed for specific types of classes—some are optimized for theoretical instruction while others suit practical sessions. Your class allocation to a particular room takes into account factors such as class size, intended purpose, and availability. We aim to maintain room consistency throughout the week; however, since we share our space with others and cater to various activities like guest lectures and workshops, last-minute changes may occur, requiring your adaptability.
In order for you to get the most from your campus experience, we suggested the followings:
-
Have a look at the building floor plan to know the different room numbers and where they are located.
-
Familiarise yourself with the different screens in the building in case you have to work in a different room.
-
Arrive for class early to set up your room and have time to deal with any unforeseen issues if your room has been swapped.
-
Check the screens on the ground floor (in the hallway) before each class, to see what room you are in.
